I studied Esthetics at the Aveda Institute SOHO, NYC and I have been a licensed Esthetician for five years + counting! I’ve struggled with cystic acne since I was only 11 years old and it was always a huge source of insecurity as well as mental + physical pain for me. I tried dietary changes, several dermatologist visits, many oral and topical prescriptions, countless 'beauty guru' recommendations, and so much more for solutions to heal my constant breakouts. To say these efforts were discouraging would be an understatement. It was so exhausting to feel like nothing I did ever helped and most times made things worse. It was especially frustrating to wait so long for dermatologist appointments just for them to spend no more than 10 minutes with me and not educate me about anything at all. I was planning to go on Accutane® right before I started Esthetics school and I prayed that I could learn any helpful information that I could find relief with.

Thankfully I was able to heal constant breakouts and completely transform the texture of my skin by the time I graduated from my program. This is what inspired the birth of LUVE RX <3
